Ingredients:

Whey protein concentrate, cocoa powder, inulin fibre (Actilight), conjugated linoleic acid (CLA powder), flavouring, green tea extract, sodium chloride, sweetener (Sucralose), niacin (as nicotinamide), folic acid (as pteroylmonoglutamic acid), iodine (as potassium iodate), biotin (as d-biotin).

Directions:

Add one rounded scoop to approximately 300ml of cool water. Stir directly in a glass with a fork or use a hand held shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 2 to 3 servings daily in between meals and after training.
