This high energy, isotonic drink mix was specially created to meet the needs of long-lasting sporting activities. It is actually made up of an optimised mix of simple and complex carbohydrates (glycaemic index slightly raised), providing a gradual and prolonged source of energy. The vitamin B1 content encourages the conversion of carbohydrates to energy, while antioxidants (vitamins C and E) reduce the oxidative stress caused by prolonged exercise. Lastly, its sodium content effectively prevents cramps. This drink is particularly appreciated by high level sportsmen and women, especially cyclists, for its efficacy and ease of digestion.

This drink is ideal as the principle aid for sports such as the marathon, cycling, triathlon, football, handball, basketball, rugby, hockey and water polo. It was designed as an orange flavoured drink to rehydrate you and refresh you at the same time.

To achieve optimum effectiveness, drink 150 to 250 ml before the event starts, then every 20 minutes.
